Jon Jones and Daniel Cormier don't like each other very much right now. Like, these two guys seriously hate one another and it's making us wish that we could fast-forward to UFC 178 on September 27.

Earlier this week, Jones and Cormier got into a well-publicized brawl during a press conference that was being held to promote to UFC 178. And while they seemed to make up a short time later during an appearance on ESPN, it turns out that that was all just for show. Because some footage of the two MMA fighters speaking during a break from their ESPN interview just leaked and it features the two men having a really heated exchange.

Video of their conversation, which was picked up by ESPN's "hot mics," was on YouTube but has since been removed by the UFC. MMA Junkie typed out some of the transcripts from the video before it was taken down, though. And at one point during their heated exchange, Jones made a death threat towards Cormier. Here's what was said between the two men:

CORMIER: I wish they would let me next door so I can spit in your fucking face.

JONES: You know I would absolutely kill you if you ever did something like that, right?

CORMIER: You could never kill me.

JONES: Oh, I bet I could.

CORMIER: Then you should try, Jon. You should really try, Jon.

JONES: I will literally kill you if you spit in my face. Literally kill you.

CORMIER: Let's try that, Jon.

JONES: I'm not saying I would fight you. I said I would kill you if you do some silly shit like that.

Whoa.

We get that these two have a fight to promote—and that this is great promotion for it (after everything that's happened this week, who doesn't want to see this fight?). But death threats? Something tells us Dana White isn't going to be happy about this, even if it does result in tons of extra pay-per-view buys in late September. Stay tuned.
