Back in 1997, when Mike Tyson gnawed off a piece of Evander Holyfield's ear during a heavyweight championship fight, we were pretty sure that the two would never be on friendly terms again. And truthfully, we wouldn't have blamed Holyfield for holding a grudge against Tyson for the rest of his life. After what Tyson did to him, it would have been completely understandable.

But according to ESPN, the two are on good terms right now. Really good terms. In fact, it seems that they're so close now that Tyson is actually going to serve as a presenter at Holyfield's induction into the Nevada Boxing Hall of Fame early next month. The ceremony will be held at the Tropicana in Las Vegas on August 9, and it will feature Tyson giving Holyfield his Hall of Fame trophy. Tyson has already called it a "privilege and high honor" to be a part of the ceremony.

Who saw this happening 17 years ago?
