In Germany you don't have to park your car; a robot will do it for you. The Düsseldorf airport has introduced a robot valet that essentially uses a forklift to park your car. All you have to do is confirm no one is in the car and the robot will take your car away as you head off to your travels. The robot even knows when you'll be back, as it syncs up with your flight data and can be updated with a smartphone app.

Right now the robot valet is limited to 249 spots at the Düsseldorf airport, but officials said they'd expand the service if customers eat it up. The only thing stopping that from happening might be the price: it costs $40 a day to park via the robot valet.
