The Chicago Bulls put Carmelo Anthony on a couple of United Center signs as part of their recruiting pitch.

Derrick Rose might not have been interested in recruiting Carmelo (at least not initially) but that didn't stop the Chicago Bulls' sign guy from plastering Mr. Anthony all over the United Center. Whether the recruitiment pitch works or not...we'll have to wait and see.
