V. Stiviano is back in the news again. But this time, it has absolutely nothing to do with Donald Sterling.

According to her lawyer Mac Nehoray, who spoke with CNN earlier today, Stiviano was assaulted by two men outside of the Gansevoort Hotel in New York City last night. Nehoray claims that the men yelled several racial slurs at Stiviano as she left the restaurant inside of the hotel with her sisters and a few friends and then punched her several times in the face. Stiviano hasn't filed a police report yet, but Nehoray expects her to file one sometime today.

We'll be sure to let you know if and when she files the report. Stay tuned.

UPDATE:

According to TMZ Sports, Stiviano has now filed a police report following the incident.
