3x NBA All Star Kevin Love visited Bean Town over the weekend; leading many Celtics fans to speculate (hope?) that the disgruntled Timberwolf is thinking about an eventual move to Boston. While Love can’t technically opt-out of his contract with Minnesota until the end of next season, many believe that the Wolves will salvage some value by trading their star player in 2014. And—if the weekend’s exploits are any indication—he’s welcome with open arms in Boston.

According to ESPN, Timberwolves President Flip Saunders responded to Love’s vacation on Sunday by saying, “The last I knew Kevin was under contract with us, and I expect him to be playing for us next year.”
