The Cavaliers' last No. 1 draft pick, Anthony Bennett, hasn't quite lived up to expectations with 4.2 points per game and 3 rebounds per game average. However, Cleveland is two for three when it comes to its last few No. 1 draft picks (LeBron James and Kyrie Irving) and the franchise has quite a bit of talent to choose from in this draft.
The possibly good news is that the Cavaliers have narrowed down their choices. Joel Embiid, who's coming off back surgery, is reportedly out of the No. 1 draft pick conversation because he showed some "red flags" during his physical for them.
That's good news for No. 2 Milwaukee, who said Embiid looked good in workouts. Of course, there's a chance word of the Cavaliers decision may be false. But if it's true and they end up missing out on The Chosen One, it's cool. The Cavaliers are good at somehow getting No. 1 draft picks apparently.
