You’ve heard the story before. Henry Ford II and Enzo Ferrari weren’t exactly the closest of friends after Ferrari put the kibosh on a planned sale to Ford in the ‘60s. But before that dispute, the two we’re actually quite friendly, and that’s where this car – Henry Ford II’s personal Ferrari 212 Barchetta – stems from.

Jay Leno got the opportunity to test drive the iconic Prancing Horse, now stabled up at the Petersen Automotive Museum, and it’s a striking beast. Original paint, original tires, and a larger 2.7L V12 racing-engine shoehorned underneath especially for Ford – what isn’t there to love?
