Did LeBron James seriously consider signing with the Clippers back in the summer of 2010? To be honest, we really doubt it. But according to music mogul David Geffen, King James told him that he was interested in taking his talents to Los Angeles after deciding that he wasn't going to re-sign with the Cavaliers.

Geffen spoke to ESPN Los Angeles yesterday about his interest in buying the Clippers from Donald Sterling. And during the interview, he revealed that he talked to LeBron back in 2010 about the possibility of him playing for the Clippers and was told that the opportunity would be appealing to the superstar. However, LeBron also reportedly told him that he wasn't ultimately going to sign with the Clippers because of Sterling's ownership of the team.

"The reasons are perfectly clear," Geffen said when he was asked about why he thought LeBron felt that way.

So there you have it, Clippers fans. As if you needed another reason to hate Donald Sterling right now, Geffen just provided it for you.
