Johnny Manziel is officially a member of the Cleveland Browns. After waiting (and staying well hydrated) for around two hours and 40 minutes, Manziel finally heard his name called by NFL commissioner Roger Goodell after the Browns outbid the Minnesota Vikings at the last minute for the Philadelphia Eagles' 22nd overall pick.
