The Morgan Motor Company’s Pickersleigh Road factory officially turns a third digit on its odometer this year; that’s quite a big feat for such a small car firm. The marque released this touching video introspective to celebrate the occasion. It seems not much has changed over the past 100 years.

The employees at the shop, who’ve spent anywhere from a few to 54 years in the company, still enjoy handcrafting the wooden-framed Morgan autos and messing around a bit. One of the younger guys mentioned cricket matches that were once played in the assembly room. We can’t imagine that sort of thing happening over at General Motors, but that’s the magic of Morgan.
