Despite Four European semifinals taking place this week, there was only one match that produced anything of real excitement. Thank you, Juventus and Benfica. But while there wasn’t a ton of action in the Champions and Europa Leagues, the domestic leagues across the globe picked up the goal scoring slack. Cristiano Ronaldo turned in a signature performance against Osasuna at the Bernabeu, coming up with two moments of sheer brilliance. While the plot thickened in England, with Mourinho’s Chelsea going to Anfield and handing Liverpool their first league loss of 2014. The title spotlight now shifts to Manchester City, who can claim the title on goal difference from Liverpool, should both clubs win out. We’ve got goals from Belgrade, Serbia to Rosario, Argentina, and everywhere in between. From Shinji Ono’s bullet down under to Miralem Pjanic’s slalom solo run, check out the Best Golazos and Skill Moves of the Week.
