The Clippers are finally moving in the right direction, but the franchise is still cursed with having Donald Sterling as an owner. He gave the franchise another bad look thanks to audio obtained by TMZ.

The site caught audio of Sterling scolding his girlfriend, V. Stiviano (who's black and Mexican), for putting up a picture on Instagram of herself with an African-American. Sterling was oddly specific in his rant, too; he just doesn't want African-Americans at his games, according to the audio.

"You can sleep with [black people]," he says at one point. "You can bring them in, you can do whatever you want.  The little I ask you is not to promote it on that ... and not to bring them to my games."

He also says, "I’m just saying, in your lousy f***ing Instagrams, you don’t have to have yourself with, walking with black people."

So basically African-Americans can work for him, but being a regular attendee is out of the question. Perfect logic.

TMZ tried to reach Sterling for comment but got no response.
