Well, would you look at the Cleveland Browns. Just a few short months after Browns owner Jimmy Haslem was asked by a local reporter if the team was run by The Three Stooges, the organization has made not one, not two, but three good signings over the offseason. First, they got safety DonteWhitner to come back to his hometown and sign with Cleveland. Then they acquired linebacker Karlos Dansby to a four-year, $24 million contract. And now, they just finalized a two-year deal, worth about $7 million, with running back Ben Tate.

At only 25 years old, Tate is a young back who has proven to be a physical yet talented runner in a limited role behind Arian Foster. With some strong pieces on the defensive end, an established No. 1 wide receiver in Josh Gordon, a good runner in Tate and hopefully a franchise quarterback through the NFL Draft, the Browns aren't looking quite like the Three Stooges right now.
