Ski Jumper Taihei Kato of Japan appeared to successfully complete a ski jump. Unfortunately one of his skis got loose and he fell to the ground. The crash broke his arm and was unable to compete in the cross-country portion and had to withdraw from the event. A big part of his jump was the fog that played a huge role and could've led directly to his crash.
