It's possible that this was an impressive and irresponsible stunt, but the odds are strongly in favor of this just being a combination of terrible driving, sheer luck, and good reactions on the parts of the other drivers. Regardless, it all wrapped up so nicely that it amused us, and we felt compelled to post it and make the obligatory joke about how batshit the average Russian driver seems to be.
Ken Block had better keep an eye out though. Perhaps Gymkhana 7 is going to be driven by a Russian in a cheap hatchback.
