Since Michael Sam revealed he was gay, the reception has been as expected. Of course, there are players who don't care but then there are still those who are/will have a difficult time accepting Sam in their team's locker room. The latter group caused Dallas sports anchor for ABC local affiliate Dale Hansen to air a segment entitled "Hansen Unplugged: Celebrating Our Differences" and dedicate it to bashing the NFL for being fine without other disturbing issues involving athletes over having one gay player in the league. It's brutally honest but in the end, it's the truth.
