Apparently, sinking half-court shots during basketball games to win prizes has become too easy. So recently, Auburn University decided to switch things up during a Tigers' game against Mississippi State.

Rather than give a fan named Patrick Burch a chance to win a car by hitting a half-court shot, Auburn asked him to sink a 95-foot golf putt in order to drive away with a free ride. The 95-foot shot spanned the length of the basketball court and required Burch to put the golf ball in between a small hole cut out of a banner promoting a local car dealership. And wouldn't you know? He nailed it and won a brand-new car.

Check out Burch's shot in the clip above. Something tells us there aren't going to be too many other schools that adopt this method of challenging their fans.
