Floyd Mayweather Says That Manny Pacquiao "Got 68 Million Problems And He Wants Me to Solve Them"

Floyd Mayweather has vehemently refused to fight Manny Pacquiao recently. Many people have questioned why Mayweather would refuse fighting Pacquiao in what has been a dream matchup for years now.

In an interview with Fight Hype, Mayweather found a way to drop numerous one-liners and quotes explaining as to why he refuses to fight Mayweather. One explanation that came from Mayweather was that he feels that Pacquiao is desperate since Pacquiao reportedly owes $68 million in taxes.
