Hundreds of thousands of people have taken to the streets of the Ukraine to demand the resignation of President Viktor F. Yanukovich and protests have turned extremely violent in some areas (more on why here). When met with a police barricade, a group of protestors decided to use a extreme force to break through. When flaming projectiles weren't enough, a few people made use of a bulldozer, slowly pushing their way through the mass of officers who still refused to back down. We aren't really shocked that a small fraction of a protest would resort to such extreme tactics because it unfortunately comes with the territory sometmes (on both sides), but it's still pretty crazy to watch. We hope no one was killed by that thing.
