What's a race without a crash? It's pretty morbid, but it's a fact that lots of people go to races to see something terrible happen. At the Formula Ford race in Sydney, Simon Hodge refused to give the people what they wanted. After coming out of a congested turn, Hodge's car collided with another racer and went airborne. Lucky for him the fence was there to push him back onto the track, but not before his rear suspension bit the dust.
It's great that Hodge avoided injury, but the way his car flops around during the leap is pretty damn funny. We would rather walk away from a nasty crash then have this happen. The back tires reminds us of a little dog trying to kick its legs while being held over a pool.
