Matt Prater Breaks Record for Longest Field Goal in NFL History (GIF)

Broncos have so many weapons it's not even fair.

The Broncos have so many offensive weapons. There's Eric Decker, Peyton Manning, Knowshon Moreno, Wes Welker, and a few others. But do not sleep on kicker Matt Prater. The 29-year-old has made all but one of his field goals this season, and he's just made history. Prater made a 64-yard field goal against the Tennessee Titans, which is the longest of all time. Four kickers have made 63-yard field goals: Jason Elam, Sebastian Janikowski, David Akers, and Tom Dempsey. The former three made their record-setting field goals under Denver's thin air. The atmosphere doesn't discredit the accomplishments at all though; there's not that many people on earth who can do the same.
