Earlier this month, Oregon quarterback Marcus Mariota announced that he will not be entering the 2014 NFL Draft next spring. And that made a lot of Ducks fans happy. With Mariota back in the fold next year, Oregon should once again be favored to make a run to the national championship.

But don't get too excited yet, Oregon fans. Because despite what Mariota told Ducks fans on December 3, it sounds like he might still be interested in going to the NFL. Or, at the very least, he's interested in where he would land if he did go to the NFL.

According to NFLDraftScout.com, Mariota has asked the NFL Advisory Committee for his draft grade, which would let him know where he would likely be picked if he decided to enter the draft. And that grade could ultimately force him to change his mind.

Maybe this is nothing. Maybe the report is wrong and Mariota didn't actually request his grade. Maybe he's just inquiring about his grade because he wants to know what he needs to improve on this offseason. Or maybe, just maybe, he is thinking about leaving Oregon after all. We'll just have to wait and see.
