It should go without saying, but if you're an athlete, the last thing you should do is post a picture of yourself lighting a blunt on Instagram. Full disclosure: we actually shook our head while even typing that last sentence. Look, who cares what you do in your free time. Just don't go sharing it with the world and risking some harsh punishment as a result.

On Friday, Browns receiver Devone Bess posted a picture of himself sitting down next to a photo of Bob Marley as he lights what looks like a blunt with the caption "JahLive," which happens to be the title of a song by Marley. Hit the thumbs to check it out. This questionable post on the photo sharing site comes on the heels of Bess being excused from practice by Browns head coach Rob Chudzinski on Thursday and Friday because he's reportedly dealing with a family issue.

After that post, which resulted in Bess deleting his Instagram account altogether, the Browns have decided to place the wide receiver on the non-football injury for the rest of the season.
