Being 7-foot-8 might seem like it would be cool. But in actuality, it's pretty terrible.

Just ask Igor Vovkovinskiy, who at 7-foot-8 is the tallest man in America. He has trouble finding clothes that fit him. He has trouble walking through doorways. And maybe worst of all, he has trouble finding a car that will accommodate his entire body. He currently has a modified van that he drives around. But the van is starting to fall apart and, unfortunately, he has been unable to find another vehicle to drive. So he took to Reddit during an "AMA" recently to ask for help.

"I have written all US car companies, plus German car companies, Japanese companies, and others," he wrote after someone asked him about his car situation. "Because I am not rich, they want nothing to do with me."

Vovkovinskiy also mentioned that he has attempted to reach out to tall celebrities, like the WWE's Big Show, to try and find help with his situation. But no one has been willing to help him. So for now, he's going to have to continue driving around his beater and hoping that another vehicle comes through for him sooner than later.

See? Being the tallest guy in the country isn't actually all it's cracked up to be.
