Steve Smith knows how to talk trash with the best of them. He proved that earlier this season by going at Rams cornerback Janoris Jenkins both during and after a game. And he proved it again last night when he got into it with Patriots cornerback Aqib Talib on several occasions and then did this during a postgame interview following Carolina's victory over New England:
He didn't stop there, either. In the locker room, Smith continued to talk trash to Talib and referred to him as "another notch in the bedpost" when reporters asked him about Talib. Let this be a lesson to Brent Grimes, Darrelle Revis, Dee Milliner, and the rest of the opposing cornerbacks remaining on the Panthers' schedule: You do NOT want to get into a war of words with Steve Smith. You will lose.
