Let's all hold hands and rejoice in the fact that we can once again fill our gas tanks without having to take out bank loans. Drivers in about 70% of the country have local stations will prices posted below $3 with the national average currently sitting at $3.24. AAA estimates that 15% of stations nationwide are below the average. According to CNBC, prices haven't been this low since 2010 (though it feels much longer) and are a result of a spike in crude oil supplies. Analysts predict that pump prices should remain low for the remainder of the year because of low demand, and we sincerely hope that they're right.
