Hey, Jaguars fans, did you enjoy seeing wide receiver Justin Blackmon back on the team after he served a four-game suspension at the beginning of the season for violating the NFL's substance abuse policy? Of course you did. In the team's first four games with Blackmon, the Jags scored just 31—yes, 31!—points total. Since then, they've scored 55 points in four subsequent games and, at times, have even looked competitive.

But guess what? Blackmon is going back on suspension—this time indefinitely—for violating the league's substance abuse policy again. There's been no word yet as to what he did to violate the substance abuse policy this time. But we think it's probably safe to say that it's time for Blackmon to take some time off from football and focus on whatever it is that's causing him to violate the NFL's substance abuse policy so often. Whatever it is, he needs to work on fixing it. Because this is just getting ridiculous now and we don't want to see Blackmon end up on this list.
