Thermochromic inks and dyes have been used since the 1970s in products like color-changing t-shirts, baby bottles, and battery testers, but now you can visit the folks over at Auto Kandy to cover your car in thermochromatic paint just like this Nissan Skyline.

We're no Walter White, so we won't attempt to explain the chemistry behind it, but we know that having two paintjobs in one and being able to watch the shift occur is awesome. Auto Kandy is accepting pre-orders for the paint here, so expect to see a lot of chameleon cars showing up at auto shows in the near future.
