There is no better way to convince the cops that you're guilty then try to escape custody. 42-year-old Eric Simmons of Dayton, Ohio was arrested as a suspect in a burglary that happened two days prior. Officers placed him under arrest but didn't handcuff him for some reason. In the video, Simmons is able to reach out the window and open his door while the cruiser is still moving. He was home free, except for the fact that his coordination was sub par. Watch as Simmons opens the door and falls face/chest first onto the pavement and is instantly snatched up by the officer riding shotgun. You just screwed yourself, buddy.
