More bad news for former NFL player/ESPN host Hugh Douglas.

Douglas—who was fired from The Worldwide Leader in Sports back in August after getting into an altercation with his Numbers Never Lie co-host Michael Smith during the National Association of Black Journalists convention—was reportedly just arrested and charged with third-degree assault and second-degree strangulation in Hartford, Conn. According to police, Douglas grabbed a woman by her neck inside of a hotel room in Hartford recently and "slammed her into the walls several times." He claims that the woman's injuries were sustained as a result of rough sex. But the woman is pressing charges against him.

Can 2013 get any worse for this guy?
