When you're 23-57 over the last five years and haven't made it to the playoffs in a over a decade, you're naturally going to start losing fans. This is the Browns' position right now appearently, because they've just made an offer that may make remote Browns fans in the Cleveland area want to give the struggling franchise another chance.

The Cleveland Browns website is offering a buy one get one free ticket deal to attendees for select games. That's two Browns games for the price of one.

This may be a pretty good time to do it with the sparks of decency third-string quarterback Brian Hoyer has shown. He threw three interceptions in his game against the Vikings last Sunday, but ended the game going 30-54 with 321 yards and three touchdowns. The Browns actually came up with a 31-27 win, too. Is this comeup season for the Browns?
