While there is still a possibility that Aaron Hernandez could escape a first-degree murder charge in the death of Odin Lloyd, his overall predicament just got worse. According to a report from the Hartford Courant, there is video showing Hernandez at the same Boston club as Daniel Abreu and Safiro Furtado, hours before the two men were were killed in their car on July 16, 2012.

This latest finding is just another piece of evidence stacked up against Hernandez in regards to the 2012 double homicide case. In addition to what is believed to be the vehicle used in the drive-by shooting—a silver Toyota 4Runner which was in the garage of Hernandez's uncle's home—the police also have a .38-caliber pistol, which may be connected to the same case, after the firearm was found in a vehicle involved in a multi-car crash in late June.

It may look like there is no way Hernandez could dodge some sort of lengthy jail sentence now, but as we learned from the article in the latest issue of Rolling Stone, the guy has a history of wiggling his way out of trouble. Stay tuned.
