We're all dirty, dirty criminals. If you've never broken a traffic law then 1. you're lying and 2. why are you so weird? These are some of the easiest laws to break because the cops can't be everywhere at once. It also doesn't hurt that many of these laws are annoying enough for us to give up our normal ways as upstanding citizens. But every once and a while we'll get caught slipping.
