Chevrolet could be adding a new mid-sized SUV to their fleet stateside in 2014. According to Edmunds, a "version" of the Chevrolet Trailblazer will be reach the United States next year and be advertised as a 2015 model. The model was introduced in 2012 and has been selling in overseas markets such as Thailand and Brazil for over a year now and is scheduled to hit 50 markets worldwide, though a Chevrolet spokesperson denied that the United States would be one of those markets. "We have no plans to add another SUV/crossover to the portfolio...We are pleased with the way Equinox, Traverse and Tahoe/Suburban are performing in the marketplace," spokesperson Mike Albano told Edmunds directly.

Maybe a seven passenger mid-sized SUV isn't what we need right now. 2014 is around the corner so we shall see.
