A football sunday (or NASCAR Saturday or Sunday) without a tailgate isn’t really worth going to. Let’s face it: The game or race on the field or track will only be as epic as the party that precedes it, and if you fail to bring the ruckus when it’s your turn, your buddies will never let you forget it.
