The "52 Express" is a motorcycle built on pure, unadulterated insanity. Later this year, the bike, driven by superbike world champion James Toseland, will attempt to break the current two-wheel land speed record, which currently stands at 373.33 mph.
According to reports, Toseland will ride the turbine-powered bike inside of a closed cockpit - like an F1 driver without the two extra wheels. The motor - which, naturally, is an absolute beast - can pump out about 1000 hp.The team is shooting for a test run by the end of the summer and an official run by the end of the year.
