LeBron James was a pretty great player back in 2007. Although he only had a few years of NBA experience under his belt, he managed to single-handedly lead the Cavaliers to the 2007 NBA Finals. The Cavs ultimately got swept by the Spurs in the Finals. But they still made it there, and it was due in large part to several legendary performances on LeBron's part.

That being said, LeBron was asked to compare the 2007 version of himself to the 2013 version of himself after the Heatbeat the Pacers last night to advance to the 2013 NBA Finals. And according to him, there is absolutely no comparison between the '07 and '13 versions of LeBron.

"I'm a much better player," he said, "20, 40, 50 times better than I was in the '07 Finals."

Fifty times better? Hmmm…That's certainly debatable. But there's one thing that's not up for discussion. LeBron & Co. won't get swept by the Spurs during these NBA Finals. We can't wait for the series to start.
