While Ferrari is backing down from selling a lot of cars, Lamborghini is proud to announce that the Italian sports car company is fully thriving. Its Aventador model, which launched two years ago in 2011 has already sold 2,000 examples and isn't going to be slowing down any time soon. AT&T exec Thaddeus Arroyo bought the 2,000 car in Nero Nemesis black to add the the Gallardo LP 550-2 Spyder he's already got.

The line also expanded with the $480,000 Aventador Roadster, which was also sold out ahead of its launch. Just like the Sesto Elemento was sold out, and the Veneno was sold out. We'll let you know when Lamborghini has a car that you can actually find on a showroom.
