Buccaneers Head Coach Greg Schiano Thinks Darrelle Revis Is the Best Cornerback of the Past 25 Years

Who's willing to argue?

A quick look at last year's statistics shows that Tampa Bay needs a lot of improvement on the defensive end. The Buccaneers were near last in the league in yards allowed and dead last in passing yards allowed. Needless to say, Darrelle Revis a.k.a the best cornerback in the game was a much needed acquisition for the team.

Buccaneers head coach Greg Schiano actually considers Revis the best cornerback of the last 25 years. We can argue back and forth whether that's a legit claim—especially since Champ Bailey and Deion Sanders exist—but at least hear his argument:

None

Fair enough. Revis is a 4x Pro Bowler, 3x All-Pro, and the 2009 AFC Defensive Player of the Year. Can he expand on those accolades in Tampa Bay?
