Even though Eva Longoria is no longer married to Spurs point guard Tony Parker, she's still a big fan of the team. She was a San Antonio fan before she first hooked up with TP9—and she didn't let her failed marriage interfere with her NBA loyalties. So it wasn't really a surprise to see her send out this tweet last night after Parker hit a crazy bank shot to lead the Spurs to a Game 1 victory:
Go Spurs Go! I say Spurs in 5!!!!
What was surprising, though, was Dick Vitale's response to her tweet. Just moments after she sent it out, he hit her back with this awkward tweet:
@evalongoria @nba your ex is AWESOME BABY - Mr Clutch!
Uhhhhhhh…what? We agree that TP9 is clutch, Dickie V. But this was just weird. Stay out of Eva's mentions, please.
