We've seen Machine Gun Kelly rub elbows with Cavaliers owner Dan Gilbert in the past. But the last thing we expected to see when we turned on the 2013 NBA Draft lottery a little while ago was MGK sitting next to Gilbert. And yet, there he was! Talk about putting on for your city. Congrats, Cleveland.
