By now, you've seen what Jordan Crawfordappears to have said to Carmelo Anthony after last night's Knicks/Celtics playoff game. It was not very nice and almost started a riot on the court. It also elicited a response from Melo's wife LaLa Vasquez-Anthony a little while ago. She posted an inspirational quote on her Instagram and tagged it with a caption that seems to be directed at Crawford:
If you can't read it, the caption says, "Try again. You on the bench for a reason."
A short time later, Crawford sent out a tweet of his own explaining the situation from his perspective:
I would never talk trash about that mans Wife. I don't him........ All I did was respond!!
Yo, you just got got by LaLa, son. It's probably best to keep your mouth closed after Game 6.
