On May 4 (May the Fourth be With You) and 5 (Revenge of the Fifth), the Toledo Mud Hens have decided to wear a jersey that bears a close resemblance to that of the character, Chewbacca, for Star Wars Weekend. And they aren't stopping there. When the Detroit Tigers' Triple-A affliate takes on the Charlotte Knights, there will also be a giveaway of 3,000 kazoos to be used for a post-game Star Wars-themed concert and Yoda Soda will be on sale at the concession stands.
And maybe, just maybe, Darth Vader and Princess Leia will make an appearance. We've never said out loud that we need to go to Toledo, but we may need to make our way over there for one of those two days.
