Kendra Wilkinson, the former Playboy playmate and star of Girls Next Door, has been involved in a serious head on collision in California.
According to local reports, Wilkinson was entering a highway on ramp when her black Audi A7(really sweet ride, btw) slammed hea-first into a green Ford Escape.
She was taken to a local hospital, treated, and later released. The audi, however, appears to be headed for the shredder.
