Soon, the Big East will be getting an entire face lift soon. On July 1, Syracuse and Pittsburgh will join the ACC while Louisville and Notre Dame will depart a little later. Either way, the conference is preparing for an entire new look by unveiling their new name.

Even though there hasn't been an official announcement, ESPN is reporting that the "America 12 Conference" is the favorite to become the new name. The conference is still keeping their options open, but on Tuesday, the conference's law firm, Covington & Burling, purchased and registered the domain name America12.org, as well as variations like America12Conference.com, America12Sports.com, American12.org, American12conference.com, AmericaTwelve.com and TheAmerica12Conference.com.

With the new conference bringing in schools spanning the entire nation, this name seems fitting. We probably would've gone with the "Ticking Time Bomb Conference." #justsaying
