Every kid growing up in Indiana who plays basketball envisions hitting a Championship-winning shot for the Hoosiers. Keith Smart got to live that dream in 1987, as his baseline jumper over the outstretched arm of Syracuse defender Howard Triche with three seconds to play gave Indiana a National Title and made Smart a legend in Hoosier basketball lore. Smart had been clutch all night long, as he scored 21 points to go along with five rebounds and six assists, making his the Most Outstanding Player of the '87 Final Four.
