Earlier today, Waka Flocka Flame got Derrick Rose and Chicago Bulls fans excited after dropping the following tweet:

Word is D.Rose back #HolyShit

— Waka Flocka Flame (@WakaFlockaBSM) March 27, 2013

Unfortunately, Waka was wrong because prior to tonight's game against the Miami Heat, Rose gave a short and direct "not tonight" response to The Chicago Tribune. And that wasn't the last we heard of Waka being mentioned among the Bulls organization. When the media brought up the rapper's name to Bulls head coach Tom Thibodeau, his answers were something else.

"The rapper you’re talking about?" Thibodeau said, when told of the rapper's prediction.

Questioned if he truly knew who this rapper was, Thibodeau smiled.

"I hear the guys talking about him," he said.

Told the rapper has a song called "Hard in Da Paint," Thibodeau didn't miss a beat.

"I’m for that," he said. "I like him more now."
