We've seen NBA players get ejected for doing all kinds of things over the years. But, this is certainly new. Last night, Bucks forward Larry Sanders got hit with an offensive foul and didn't agree with the call. So, he responded by handing out a round of thumbs up signs to all three referees officiating the game—and was promptly hit with a technical foul and thrown out of the game. Thumbs down for that!
