There's no explanation as to how in the wide world of sports Tyrone Hill made an All-Star team, but he did in 1995. This was during a time where rookies rarely made the team, and it still remains that way to some degree. One thing is for sure, Glenn Robinson and his 20 and six should've made the team instead.
